‘Classic Series’ Launch – Saison

Join us for the launch of our latest ‘Classic Series’ beer, made in collaboration with the Ipswich Brewers Union!

Helios Brewing has paired with the IBU to create a tasty Saison that will be the latest Classic Series release, available on tap at Helios and in can.

This beer is the creation of IBU members Glenno and John, who will be there on the night to officially launch the beer.

Ticket includes a schooner of Saison on arrival, a talk by the brewers, and entry to a lucky door prize.

We’ll also have Miteys Burgers serving up amazing burgers throughout the evening, so we’ve got dinner covered as well!

What is the ‘Classic Series’?

All our fans know, that here at Helios love to pay homage to the classic beer styles of the past. These beers laid the foundations for everything that came after…they are that important! And as such, deserve to be highlighted in today’s world of modern beer fads, that stray so far from what beer used to be.

That’s where the Helios ‘Classic Series’ comes into play. Recreating those classic styles and recipes to present to a modern beer audience. So far we’ve made a ‘Double’ Dubbel, Extra Special Bitter (ESB), and a Oaked ESB.

This latest entry in the line-up promises to be just as delicious!
