The Pint of Origin is a beer lovers dream event in Melbourne. A number of craft beer related events take place across the entire city at an array of different venues.
This year, Helios Brewing gets to take part in the action, joining forces with CoConspirators Brewing in one of their special collab beers for the event. Joining the fun on this special beer are other local Brissy based legends, Bacchus Brewing and Scarborough Harbour Brewing.
The beer is called the Racketeer, and is a peanut butter and raspberry jam pastry stout coming in at 8.1% ABV.
The best news for Helios fans is that if you can't make it down to Melbourne to try it, we have a limited amount available at the Helios taproom this weekend! From May 15, Helios will be pouring the beer on tap, and also have a select amount of cans for purchase. To ensure everyone gets to try this exciting new beer, we're limiting sales to a 4-pack per person, and putting a daily limit on how much will be sold. This means we can stretch the purchasing right across the week at the taproom, with all remaining cans available to purchase on May 18.
