Helios Brewing is always happy to help where it can with charity donations. So when friend of Helios, Vaughn, mentioned he was entering the Great Endeavour Rally Weekend Edition at Cooloola recently, Scott was more than happy to pitch in for a great cause.
The event took place across the long weekend at the end of April/start of May, and saw over $45,000 raised for the Endeavour foundation. A foundation close to Vaughn and his families hearts, as they have found support through Endeavour for their daughter who has a disability.
The charity car rally is one of the organisation's flagship events, combining the thrill of driving with family and friends with the opportunity to support a great cause. Teams must work together to navigate and drive a variety of off-road routes in their chosen vehicles.
Helios was proud to sponsor Vaughn's 4WD, sporting the Helios logo on the bonnet which was 'admired by many' according to Vaughn.
They even took away a trophy during the event for being the third largest fundraiser, which Vaughn may be bringing into Helios to display behind the bar for a few weeks to say thanks for the breweries support. Well done Vaughn!
